Johanna arrived in Chicago from Colombia 19 years ago. But interestingly, not a coffee drinker. Before Scale, she honed her accounting skills as an accounts payable admin. Most proud of being a mom, she’s leveraged those skills to help children with needs back in Bogota. Her ideal vacation spot is Greece, but she would love to travel the world and discover more places. Known for her shyness, she loves the atmosphere at Scale and the fact that they care about her as a person.
