Where did you grow up? I moved around a lot, but I would associate my formative years with living in Washington, where I was born.

What company (or companies) did you work at before Scale? I worked at Lazard Middle Market as a Desktop Publisher/Graphic Designer and VerdanaBold as a Presentation/Graphic Designer, both in Chicago, IL.

What is your proudest moment? I think my proudest moment was successfully curating an award-nominated branding for a semi-professional soccer team. I also facilitated partnerships with Old Style and Malört which helped us gain national recognition in the soccer scene.

Do you have any skills, talents, or hobbies that most people don’t know about? I’m pretty good at my geography, Pokemon and knowledge of flags.

If you could be anywhere other than here, right this minute, where would you be? Amsterdam. It’s my favorite city on the planet!

When you were 10 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up? An artist, or a professional soccer player.

On Sunday mornings, you can usually find me…. Playing soccer, or watching Premier League games at the local pub!

How do you think your colleagues would describe you? Comedic hire, and I’m okay with that.

What’s the most exciting thing on your bucket list? I want to complete every World Major Marathon! I’d also love to travel around Europe in a van and see all the sights!

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working? Either running, hanging out with my friends, spending time with my girlfriend, or going to get a quick pint!

What are you most complimented on in your work? I think I’m most complimented on my ability to produce creative solutions to tough design problems!

Where is your favorite place you’ve ever traveled? Amsterdam, or Costa Rica. Mexico City is also such an amazing place, I’m already looking forward to the next time I can go back.

What is your favorite bar or restaurant in Chicago? Favorite bar is either Four Moons Tavern or Quality Time! Favorite restaurant is Ramen Wasabi or Leavitt Street Inn.

What’s your favorite thing about Chicago? The food culture and the lake!

What’s your go-to Karaoke song? Just about any song by Akon.
